Neal Ashkanasy is Faculty Research Director and Professor of Management at the University of Queensland. His research focuses mainly on emotion in organizations, leadership, ethical behavior, and organizational culture. Professor Ashkanasy has been a member of the Academy of Management for over 25 years and is also a member of the Association for Psychological Science and a Fellow of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (Division 14 of the American Psychological Association). |
